Teaser Tuesday!

teasertuesdays31 Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:
Whatever he might once have been to Grey, Fraser now was a beaten foe; a prisoner of war, and the charge of the Crown.  He was Grey’s  charge, in fact; a responsibility, and his welfare the duty of honor.

  1. What a fantastic quote to choose!!!!! 🙂

  2. I hear only good things about Gabaldon; I ought to get that on my list.

My teaser is here–quite different in tone and subject!

  3. Someday I’ll get to read Outlander. 🙂 Nice teaser. Mine is at The Crowded Leaf.

  4. Sounds heavy! Hope you are enjoying this one. Have a good week and happy reading. My teaser is here

  5. Great teaser! Loved both Outlander and Dragonfly in Amber, but read them a few years ago. Voyager is definitely in my “short” TBR pile and I’m hoping I will remember most of the major plot points from the first two since they’re such chunksters. Can’t wait to see what you think about it! Here’s my teaser!

  6. Great Teaser. Enjoy your book. Here’smine.
